1. No Return & No Refund

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered successfully.


2. Order Responsibility

We request all customers to carefully review their order details, including product selection and quantity, before confirming the purchase.
FishToFit will not be responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.


3. Exceptions (Quality Issues Only)

We do offer replacement in rare cases where:

  • The product is delivered in damaged condition
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There is a genuine quality issue

To raise a request, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.


4. Replacement Policy

Once your request is verified and approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
Please note, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
